     Charlotte Loofborrow was born on 26 July 1809 at Pickway County, Ohio.1

Charlotte Loofborrow married Joseph Thurston, son of Daniel Greene Thurston and Fanny Thayer, on 9 February 1826.1

On 1 August 1850 Charlotte Loofborrow was enumerated in the household of Joseph Thurston on the 1850 U. S. census for Delaware Town, Delaware County, Ohio as Charlotte Thurston, 41 years old, birthplace of Ohio. Also enumerated in the household were Alfred Lorain Thurston, Frances Maria Thurston, John Loofborrow Thurston, Elmore Monroe Thurston, Mary Lousia Thurston, Jerusha Ann Thurston, Lucretia Cornella Thurston and Joanna Adelpha Thurston.2

On 24 July 1860 Charlotte Loofborrow was enumerated in the household of Joseph Thurston on the 1860 U. S. census for Brown Township, Delaware County, Ohio as Charlotte Thurstin, 50 years old, birthplace of Ohio. Also enumerated in the household were Lucretia Cornella Thurston, Joanna Adelpha Thurston and Clara Elnora Thurston.3

On 18 July 1870 Charlotte Loofborrow was enumerated in the household of Joseph Thurston on the 1870 U. S. census for Argyle, Lafayette County, Wisconsin as C L Thurston, 61 years old, birthplace of Ohio, occupation of Keeping House. Also enumerated in the household were Clara Elnora Thurston.4

On 29 June 1880 Charlotte Loofborrow was enumerated in the household of Joseph Thurston on the 1880 U. S. census for Village of Argyle, Lafayette County, Wisconsin as Charlotte Thurston, 70 years old, Wife, Married, birthplace of Ohio, occupation of Keeping House. Father born in Virginia. Mother born in Virginia.5

Charlotte Loofborrow died on 21 February 1884 at Argyle, La Fayette County, Wiscosin, at age 74.1
