     Fanny Thayer was also known as Frances. She was born on 5 October 1779 at Swansea, Bristol County, Massachusetts.3,4,5 She was the daughter of Joseph Thayer and Sarah Brown.4,6

Fanny Thayer married Daniel Greene Thurston, son of Norton Thurston and Ann Greene, on 19 March 1797 at Swansea, Bristol County, Massachusetts. Phillip Slead an Elder of a Baptist Church in Swansea officiated.7,8,9

Fanny Thayer died on 4 August 1860 at age 80.5
