     Daniel Moseley was born circa 1802.1 He was the son of Samuel Moseley and Susannah Bledsoe.2

Daniel Moseley married Phoebe Stonecypher, daughter of John Stonecypher and Nancy Curtis, circa 1826.1

Daniel Moseley was enumerated during 1830 on the 1830 U. S. census for Franklin County, Georgia as head of family Daniel Moseley. Enumerated in this family were: 2 Free white males under 5 years old, 1 Free white males 20 to 30 years old, 1 Free white females 20 to 30 years old, 4 Total Persons.3

Daniel Moseley was enumerated during 1840 on the 1840 U. S. census for District 267, Franklin County, Georgia as head of family Daniel Mosely. Enumerated in this family were: 1 Free white persons, males, at least 5 and under 10 years old, 2 Free white persons, males, at least 10 and under 15 years old, 1 Free white persons, males, at least 30 and under 40 years old, 1 Free white persons, females, at least 15 and under 20 years old, 1 Free white persons, females, at least 30 and under 40 years old, 6 Total Persons, 2 Persons employed in Argriculture, 1 Persons employed in Commerce.4

Daniel Moseley was enumerated on 4 October 1850 as head of household on the 1850 U. S. census for District No 32, Franklin County, Georgia as Daniel Mosley, 45 years old, birthplace of South Carolina, occupation of Merchant, value of real property $1500.. Also enumerated in the household were Phoebe Moseley, James A Moseley, John C Moseley, Samuel H Moseley, Nancy Moseley, Samuel Moseley and John Moseley.5

On 27 December 1850 Daniel Moseley was granted temporary Letters of Administration for the estate of John Stonecypher by Judge Henry Freeman of the Court of Ordinary, Franklin County, Georgia.6

On 3 March 1851 Daniel Moseley was granted permanent Letters of Administration for the estate of John Stonecypher by the Court of Ordinary, Franklin County, Georgia.7

On 7 July 1851 the Court of Ordinary, Franklin County, Georgia appointed Daniel Moseley guardian of Nancy Moseley, Samuel Moseley and John Moseley.8

On 19 January 1852 Daniel Moseleyrecieved $570 from the estate of John Stonecypher.9

On 19 January 1852 Daniel Moseley as guardian and uncle for Samuel Moseley, John Moseley and Nancy Moseley recieved $770 from the estate of John Stonecypher.9

On 19 January 1852 Daniel Moseley as attorney in fact for Obadiah Waters recieved $770 from the estate of John Stonecypher.9

Daniel Moseley died in 1882 at Eastanolle, Franklin County, Georgia.1
