     Nancy Moseley was born circa 1833 at Georgia.2 She was the daughter of Anderson Moseley and Lucy? Stonecypher.1

On 4 October 1850 Nancy Moseley was enumerated in the household of Daniel Moseley on the 1850 U. S. census for District No 32, Franklin County, Georgia as Nancy Mosley, 17 years old, birthplace of Georgia. Also enumerated in the household were Phoebe Moseley, James A Moseley, John C Moseley, Samuel H Moseley, Samuel Moseley and John Moseley.2

On 7 July 1851 Daniel Moseley was appointed guardian of Nancy Moseley by the Court of Ordinary, Franklin County, Georgia.3

On 19 January 1852 Nancy Moseley and siblings recieved $770 from the estate of John Stonecypher through Daniel Moseley, their guardian and uncle.1
