     Phoebe Stonecypher was born circa 1807 at Georgia.1,2 She was the daughter of John Stonecypher and Nancy Curtis.1

Phoebe Stonecypher married Daniel Moseley, son of Samuel Moseley and Susannah Bledsoe, circa 1826.1

On 4 October 1850 Phoebe Moseley was enumerated in the household of Daniel Moseley on the 1850 U. S. census for District No 32, Franklin County, Georgia as Phebe Mosley, 43 years old, birthplace of Georgia. Also enumerated in the household were James A Moseley, John C Moseley, Samuel H Moseley, Nancy Moseley, Samuel Moseley and John Moseley.2

Phoebe Stonecypher died circa 1865.1
