     Rebecca Jackson was born circa 1817 at North Carolina.2 She was the daughter of William Jackson and Nancy Owenby.3,4,5,6,7,8

Rebecca Jackson married Jonathan Cook, son of William Cook and Susannah Hill, on 18 February 1837 at Union County, Georgia.6

On 28 October 1850 Rebecca Jackson was enumerated in the household of Jonathan Cook on the 1850 U. S. census for 85th District, Union County, Georgia as Rebecca Cook, 33 years old, birthplace of North Carolina. Could not read or write. Also enumerated in the household were Elvira Cook, Nancy E. Cook, John Kimsey Cook and Susan Jane Cook.2

On 27 June 1860 Rebecca Jackson was enumerated in the household of Jonathan Cook on the 1860 U. S. census for Blairsville Ga Post Office, Union County, Georgia as Rebecca Cook, 45 years old, birthplace of North Carolina. Also enumerated in the household were Elvira Cook, Nancy E. Cook, John Kimsey Cook, Susan Jane Cook and William W Cook.9

On 15 June 1870 Rebecca Jackson was enumerated in the household of Jonathan Cook on the 1870 U. S. census for Blairsville Post Office, Subdivision 126, Union County, Georgia as Rebecca Cook, 59 years old, birthplace of North Carolina, occupation of Keeping House. Could not read. Could not write. Also enumerated in the household were William W Cook and Martha A Cook.10

On 7 June 1880 Rebecca Jackson was enumerated in the household of Jonathan Cook on the 1880 U. S. census for Arkaqua Distict (996), Union County, Georgia as Rebecca Cook, 68 years old, Wife, Married, birthplace of North Carolina, occupation of Keeping House. Could not read. Could not write. Father born in North Carolina. Mother born in North Carolina. Also enumerated in the household were Martha A Cook.11

Rebecca Jackson died on 26 May 1890 at Union County, Georgia. citation gives year as 1860 I think this is a typo I call it 1890.4

Rebecca Jackson was buried at Six Oaks Cemetery, Union County, Georgia.12
