     Hannah Schuler was born in 1816 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania.1,2 She was the daughter of Robert Schuler and Elizabeth Rantz.1

Hannah Schuler married William Johnson on 3 January 1839 at Wabash County, Indiana.3

Hannah Schuler was at an unknown age years old, when her father, Robert Schuler, died on 8 June 1848 at Lycoming County, Pennsylvania. While he was on a visit.4

Hannah Schuler married Thomas Black on 31 May 1849 at Wabash County, Indiana.5

On 7 August 1850 Hannah Schuler was enumerated in the household of Thomas Black on the 1850 U. S. census for Peru Township, Miami County, Indiana as Hannah Black, 37 years old, birthplace of Pennsylvania. Also enumerated in the household were John Black, Palmer Adsit Black, James Black, Morton S Black, Asa Black, William Black, Mary Ann Black, Schuler Black, Scudder Black, Lucy Johnson and Emeline Johnson.6

On 19 June 1860 Hannah Schuler was enumerated in the household of Thomas Black on the 1860 U. S. census for Peru Post Office, Peru Township, Miami County, Indiana as Hannah Black, 45 years old, birthplace of Pennsylvania. Also enumerated in the household were Palmer Adsit Black, James Black, Morton S Black, Asa Black, William Black, Mary Ann Black, Schuler Black, Scudder Black, Elwood Black and Alzina Black.7

Hannah Schuler died between 1860 and 1867.7,8
