Emeline Johnson was born circa 1843 at Indiana.1 She was the daughter of William Johnson and Hannah Schuler.1
On 7 August 1850 Emeline Johnson was enumerated in the household of Thomas Black on the 1850 U. S. census for Peru Township, Miami County, Indiana as Emeline Johnson, 7 years old, birthplace of Indiana. Attended school within the year. Also enumerated in the household were Hannah Schuler, John Black, Palmer Adsit Black, James Black, Morton S Black, Asa Black, William Black, Mary Ann Black, Schuler Black, Scudder Black and Lucy Johnson.1
On 7 August 1850 Emeline Johnson was enumerated in the household of Thomas Black on the 1850 U. S. census for Peru Township, Miami County, Indiana as Emeline Johnson, 7 years old, birthplace of Indiana. Attended school within the year.
