     Alida Flint was born on 27 January 1850 at New York.1 She was the daughter of Ethan Allen Flint and Catherine Pitcher.1

On 5 July 1860 Alida Flint was enumerated in the household of Ethan Allen Flint on the 1860 U. S. census for Richland Township, Tama County, Iowa as A Flint, 10 years old, birthplace of New York. Attended school within the year. Also enumerated in the household were Catherine Pitcher, Alice Flint, Benjamin Franklin Flint and Viona Flint.2

Alida Flint married Jacob Rosenberger on 8 March 1870 at Tama County, Iowa.3,4

Alida Flint died on 25 July 1932 at El Cajon, San Diego County, California, at age 82.5
