     Paul Hamilton on 6 January 1802 sold property located in Danbury, Fairfield County, Connecticut to Levi Knapp for $25. Described as a certain piece of land in Danbury at Pembrook containg about half an acre. Bounded on the North by John Knapp's land, on the east by the Highway, on the South by Paul Hamilton's land. it was staked off being 8 rods wide at the Highway and comming to a point at the West. It was 21 rods through the middle from the Highway to the point.. Witnessed by Betsy Benedict and Joseph P Cooke.1

Paul Hamilton on 19 August 1818 obtained interest in property located in Danbury, Fairfield County, Connecticut by quitclaim deed from Joshua B Bearss and Ruth B Bearss for $26. Described as a certain piece of land in Danbury containg two acres. Bounded on the East in part by Paul Hamilton and in part by Thaddeus Hoyt's land, on the North by the Highway, on the west by Ruth Knapp's land and on the South by Paul Hamilton. Signed in New Fairfield, Fairfield County, Connecticut. Witnessed by Levi Knapp and Samuel T Barnum Justice of Peace.2
