Father born in Ohio. Mother born in Bavaria. Also enumerated in the household were Elizabeth Bauer, Mary Gerhart, Christian Gerhart, Caroline Gerhart, Anna Gerhart, Hermon Gerhart and Sophia Zimmer.2
