S. census for Choestoe Post Office, Union County, Georgia as Francis J Collins, 5 years old, birthplace of Georgia. Also enumerated in the household were Rutha Nix, Sarah Collins, Elizabeth Collins, William Dallas Collins, James R P Collins, Thompson Smith Collins, John Cathey Collins and Mary Ann Collins.2
On 15 June 1870 Francis Jasper Collins was enumerated in the household of Rutha Nix on the 1870 U.
