     Martha F Biggerstaff was born on 25 December 1852 at Macoupin County, Illinois.1,2 She was the daughter of Benjamin Biggerstaff and Nancy Courtney.1

S. census for Macoupin County, Illinois as Martha F Biggerstaff, 8 years old, birthplace of Illinois Also enumerated in the household were Nancy Courtney, William Biggerstaff, Mary Biggerstaff, James Biggerstaff and Sarah Ella Biggerstaff.1
