     Frances Stonecypher was born circa 1801 at Georgia.2 She was the daughter of John Stonecypher and Nancy Curtis.1

Frances Stonecypher married Moses Smith say 1821.2

On 29 November 1850 Frances Stonecypher was enumerated in the household of Moses Smith on the 1850 U. S. census for Subdivision No 45, Jackson County, Georgia as Frances Smith, 50 years old, birthplace of Georgia. Also enumerated in the household were Mary Ann Smith, Malachi Smith, Elizabeth Smith, John H Smith, Sarah Ann Smith, Martha Ann Smith, Salina H Smith, Rebecca L Smith and Henry Kerby.2
