     Benj Thompson was born circa 1859 at Canada.1 He was the son of James Thompson and Phebe A Soper.2

Also enumerated in the household were Mary E (?) and Mathew P Rector.1

Benj Thompson married Ella Jane Falls, daughter of Jermiah Falls and Mary Noble, on 2 May 1881 at Toledo, Tama County, Iowa.2
