     Garland Moseley was born circa 1806.1 He was the son of Samuel Moseley and Susannah Bledsoe.1

Garland Moseley was enumerated during 1830 on the 1830 U. S. census for Franklin County, Georgia as head of family Garland Mosely. Enumerated in this family were: 1 Free white males 20 to 30 years old, 1 Free white females 20 to 30 years old.2
