Nancy Turner was born circa 1832.1 She was the daughter of Jarrett Turner and Sarah Collins.1
On 25 October 1850 Nancy Turner was enumerated in the household of Jarrett Turner on the 1850 U. S. census for 85th District, Union County, Georgia as Nancy Turner, 18 years old, birthplace of Georgia. Attended school within the year. Also enumerated in the household were Sarah Collins, Celia Turner, Francis Turner, Elizabeth Turner, Ruth Turner, James Turner, Sarah Turner, Phoebe Turner, Micajah Turner and Olive Turner.2
