     Jerusha Bearss was born circa 1765 at New Fairfield, Fairfiled, Connecticut.2 She was the daughter of Joseph Bearss and Prudence Hurlbut.2,1

Jerusha Bearss married Reuben Stevens on 25 December 1781 at Fathers House, New Fairfield, Fairfiled, Connecticut.2

Jerusha Bearss lived on 11 June 1838 at New Milford, Litchfield County, Connecticut, for the previous four years with her children and grandchildren.2
