     Thelma Skinner was also known as Dollie.2 She was born circa 1909 at Texas.1 She was the daughter of Columbus W Skinner and Annie Cathalda Boyle.1

On 21 April 1910 Thelma Skinner was enumerated in the household of Columbus W Skinner on the 1910 U. S. census for Justice Precint #1, Houston City, Harris County, Texas as Thelma Skinner, 1 years old, Daughter, Single, birthplace of Texas, occupation of None. Father born in Mississippi. Mother born in Washington. Also enumerated in the household were Annie Cathalda Boyle, Waldo Skinner, Franklin E Skinner, Winnie Lowe, Charles Wesley Skinner, H. Brent Skinner, Emma Hopkins, Ruby Skinner, Annie Mae Skinner and Mary Skinner.1
