Winnie Lowe was born circa 1903 at Texas. I am assuming the Winnie's father is the unknown Mr Lowe but do not have any evidence at this point other than E. E. Skinner does not mention her as a child of C. W. Skinner..1 She was the daughter of (?) Lowe and Annie Cathalda Boyle.1
On 21 April 1910 Winnie Lowe was enumerated in the household of Columbus W Skinner on the 1910 U. S. census for Justice Precint #1, Houston City, Harris County, Texas as Winnie Skinner, 7 years old, Daughter, Single, birthplace of Texas, occupation of None. Attended school within the year. Father born in Mississippi. Mother born in Washington. Also enumerated in the household were Annie Cathalda Boyle, Waldo Skinner, Franklin E Skinner, Charles Wesley Skinner, Thelma Skinner, H. Brent Skinner, Emma Hopkins, Ruby Skinner, Annie Mae Skinner and Mary Skinner.1
