Joseph C. Barrett on 25 September 1858 sold property located in Tama County, Iowa to Jeduthan C Flint for $500. The property described as the South East quarter of the North East quarter of section twenty nine in township eighty two north of Range fouteen west & containing by government survey forty acres and the North West quarter of North West quarter of section no twenty nine in township no eighty two of range no fourteen west containing 40 acres. Witnessed by William Bale.2

Also Lot no twelve 12 in the Marshall part of the Village of Eureka in Tama County Iowa.. Witnessed by William Bale.1
