     Charles Parker was born circa 1866 at Missouri.1 He was the son of Chrisman H Parker and Lucy (?).1

On 3 August 1870 Charles Parker was enumerated in the household of Chrisman H Parker on the 1870 U. S. census for Brownsville Post Office, Elmwood Township, Saline County, Missouri as Charles Parker, 5 years old, birthplace of Missouri. Also enumerated in the household were Lucy (?), Alfred Parker, Jackson Parker, Douglas Parker, Anna Parker, Clarence Parker and Kate Parker.2

On 12 June 1880 Charles Parker was enumerated in the household of Chrisman H Parker on the 1880 U. S. census for Salt Spings Precinct, Saline County, Missouri as Charles Parker, 14 years old, Son, Single, birthplace of Missouri. Father born in Tennessee. Mother born in Missouri. Also enumerated in the household were Lucy (?), Clarence Parker, Kate Parker, Ambie Parker, Pearl Parker and Harry Parker.1

Charles Parker married Annie (?) circa 1892.3

On 11 May 1910 Charles Parker was enumerated in the household of Clarence Parker on the 1910 U. S. census for Justice Precinct 4, Higgins City, Lispcomb County, Texas as Charles Parker, 44 years old, Brother, Married 1st for 18 years, birthplace of Missouri, occupation of Farmer in the Hand industry, an Employee. Could read. Could write. Father born in Tennessee. Mother born in Missouri. Also enumerated in the household were Lucy (?), Annie (?), Homer Parker, Jessie Parker and Clarence Parker.3
