Charles Parker was born circa 1866 at Missouri.1 He was the son of Chrisman H Parker and Lucy (?).1

S. census for Brownsville Post Office, Elmwood Township, Saline County, Missouri as Charles Parker, 5 years old, birthplace of Missouri. Also enumerated in the household were Lucy (?), Alfred Parker, Jackson Parker, Douglas Parker, Anna Parker, Clarence Parker and Kate Parker.2
On 12 June 1880 Charles Parker was enumerated in the household of Chrisman H Parker on the 1880 U. S. census for Salt Spings Precinct, Saline County, Missouri as Charles Parker, 14 years old, Son, Single, birthplace of Missouri. Father born in Tennessee. Mother born in Missouri. Also enumerated in the household were Lucy (?), Clarence Parker, Kate Parker, Ambie Parker, Pearl Parker and Harry Parker.1

Could read. Could write. Father born in Tennessee. Mother born in Missouri. Also enumerated in the household were Lucy (?), Annie (?), Homer Parker, Jessie Parker and Clarence Parker.3
