Daniel B. Cooke on 26 July 1810 witnessed the purchase of property located in Danbury, Fairfield County, Connecticut from John Knapp by Levi Knapp for $150. Described as two pieces of land in Danbury at Pembrook. The first piece containg about one acre with John Knapp's dwelling house on it. Bounded on the West by the Highway, On the South and East by Hoah Hoyt's land and on the North by Stephen Hamilton's land. The Second piece containg about half an acre. Bounded on the West by the Highway, On the South and East by John Knapp's other land, and on the North by Levi Knapp's other land.1
