     John Heinricus Stonecypher was born in 1725 at Eiserfeld, Westphalia, Germany.1

John Heinricus Stonecypher wrote a will on 28 December 1812 at Wikes County, North Carolina.
He bequeathed:
  • to sons Joseph, John, Daniel, Michael and daughter Eve Church 5 schillings each
  • to wife Alcey all personal are real property al long as she lives as a widow
  • At wife Alcey's death real and personal property to be divided equally between son Peter and daughter Mary. Mary to receive the loom harness and slays in addition to her half.2


John Heinricus Stonecypher died before November 1818 at Wilkes County, North Carolina. He probably died shortly before his will was interred for probate in Nov 1818, but in any case after he modified his will on 20 Mar 1814.2,1
