S. census for Provo, Utah County, Utah as Wm R Nelson, 4 years old, birthplace of Utah Also enumerated in the household were Sarah Ann Richmond, Henry Thomas Nelson, Elizabeth Ann Nelson, Jesse Richmond Nelson, Wiford Nelson and Sarah Alice Nelson.4
William Richard Nelson died on 2 January 1933 at age 76.1
