Celia Emiline Collins was born on 7 October 1845.1 She was the daughter of Archibald Collins and Mary Nix.2
On 21 October 1850 Celia Emiline Collins was enumerated in the household of Archibald Collins on the 1850 U. S. census for 85th District, Union County, Georgia as Emiline Collins, 4 years old, birthplace of Georgia. Also enumerated in the household were Mary Nix, Caroline Collins, William Collins, James N Collins, Ivan Carr Collins, John Pruitt Collins, Sarah Malinda Collins and Thomas F Collins.3
Celia Emiline Collins died on 27 March 1918 at age 72.1
