     Nannie Harris was born circa 1860 at Kentucky.1 She was the daughter of James L Harris and Mary T Chowning.1

On 14 June 1860 Nannie Harris was enumerated in the household of James L Harris on the 1860 U. S. census for Monroe, Missouri as Nancy Harris, 1 years old, birthplace of Missouri Also enumerated in the household were Mary T Chowning, Lelia Harris and Sallie Harris.2

On 27 August 1870 Nannie Harris was enumerated in the household of James L Harris on the 1870 U. S. census for Henry County, Kentucky as Nannie B Harris, 10 years old, birthplace of Kentucky. Could not write Also enumerated in the household were Lelia Harris, Sallie Harris and Mollie Harris.1
