     William Chamberlain was born on 2 April 1652 at Hingham or Hull, Suffolk County, Massachusettes.2 He was the son of William Chamberlain.3

William Chamberlain was weaver and a Quaker.2

William Chamberlain lived at Suffolk County, Massachusettes, at the old Chamberlain homeatead in Quaker Lane in ancient Hull village.2

William Chamberlain married Eunice Ewell, daughter of Henry Ewell and Sarah Annable, on 9 November 1678 by Quaker custom at House of Joseph Coleman, Scituate, New Plymouth Colony, Massachusettes.2

William Chamberlain died on 11 December 1709 at Hull, Suffolk County, Massachusettes, at age 57.2
