Argel Parker was born circa 1854 at Missouri.1 He was the son of Chrisman H Parker and Lucy (?).1
On June 1860 Argel Parker was enumerated in the household of Chrisman H Parker on the 1860 U. S. census for Marshall Post Office, Salt Pond Township, Saline County, Missouri as Argel Parker, 6 years old, birthplace of Missouri. Also enumerated in the household were Lucy (?), Alfred Parker and Jackson Parker.1
